Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Works with Instructional Designers to analyze needs and to determine goals, objectives, and appropriate delivery methods and media for instructional products.
  • Content Graphic Creation and production.
  • Translates Storyboard into completed HTML pages while strictly adhering to design specifications
  • Creating Illustrations, Animations, and Simulations.
  • Content Integration
  • Create HTML templates if required
  • Collaboration with Instructional Designers in Production Phase
  • Participating in Project meetings
  • Participating in communication loop with the project team members
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Knowledge and understanding of the instructional systems design process.
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge in relevant design and production tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia etc.
  • Experience in a distributed development environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
  • Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Basic organizational skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
  • General knowledge of Sapiens products and services
