The mission of the Enterprise Security Platform (ESP) team is to implement the Firms Cybersecurity Strategy by architecting, engineering, deploying, and operating technical security controls and capabilities for the Enterprise. This is achieved by continued focus on architectural rigor, automation, Agile delivery, and adoption of ESPs control implementations by our users and partners. The Endpoint Security team design, develop and operate solutions that protect desktops, laptops, servers, and cloud resources from malicious internal and external threats by providing additional preventative, detective, and hardening controls and by enabling real-time endpoint detection and response capabilities. Further expanding our controls to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) has presented an opportunity to join a growing team implementing key security controls for the firm.The candidate will be part of the global team with global responsibilities of the below:Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy services to other technology teams
• Provide architecture assurance on security platform initiatives
• Maintain security infrastructure, providing stability by following and using the tools, policies, processes and procedures available
• Provide a secure environment, managing and mitigating risks
• Provide reporting and metrics
• Resolve Incidents impacting hosts or environment
• Create, review, maintain and update documentation
• Work with global colleagues to provide globally consistent processes and procedures and provide innovative ideas
• Undertake problem ownership
• Investigate & Troubleshoot root causes when escalated from
• Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required, resulting in satisfactory resolution
• Active participation within and amongst teams and colleagues, providing constructive feedback when necessary
• Regularly re-evaluate processes and procedures and Instigate service improvement initiatives
• Identify areas for automation and scripting wherever possible
• Maximize the use of existing resources, skills and technologies for the greatest benefit
• Responsible for the planning and controlled execution of releases into the managed environment
• Input into Business Continuity Planning and Practices

, *Required Skills:

• 5 years hands-on Enterprise information technology experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows Endpoint Internals and Automation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows environment.
• Competency with any scripting language such as PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc
• Have an interest to learn/work with cybersecurity technologies
• Analysis and development of platform security initiatives
• Effective troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, network, and storage
• Experience of platform design, build and deployment, with a focus on continual service improvement
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Capable of working in a global setup
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure Platforms ( Defender, Advanced Threat Protection, Cloud App Security)
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy, DNS / WINS
• General networking (firewalls, routing, NAT, OSI Model, packet trace and analysis, etc.)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexible with work type and schedule, self-driven, team player
• Capable of writing documentation, training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, interacting with external vendors, and interacting positively with upper management, colleagues and customers.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Agile Methodology
• Understanding of DevOps Model
• Knowledge or familiarity with SCCM or Intune
• Knowledge with SQL
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux
• Project management Skills
