We are searching for a Manager for our Configurables Tools eCommerce platform in Digital Engineering who is well versed and comfortable spanning the full development lifecycle, planning and aligning on our strategic roadmap, and managing the day to day operations of the platform. You are the type of person that welcomes the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and working closely with our business partners to create high impacting solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead software engineering teams to deliver solutions that solve business problems from ideation through to deployment with monitoring of performance. Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, development and evaluations Understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable implementation Provide insight and expertise into the platform capabilities. Provide design perspectives to the teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution Help drive solid technical solutions while aligning to timelines, requirements, architecture, technology, and business strategy. Stay current on the solution capabilities and product roadmap and maintain the organizational roadmap to ensure timely delivery of product Help employees with maximizing their potential, career development, training and mentoring. Resorce planning and budget tracking Work with external team leadership, Solution Owners, Product Management for coordinating dependencies, priorities, and solution; Help remove blockers for team, and align on strategy within DE. Involvement in Release activities, MIMs, and other supporting functions. Involvement and provide input in project ROM estimations. Identify and execute opportunities for improving our organizations technology capabilities to support teams overall DE and business strategy.How You Will Get Here: Minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation Prior managerial or leadership experience Bachelors Degree in information systems, engineering, or related technical fields is required, or equivalent experience. Experience in eCommerce applications in multiple technologies and products such as Java, AWS, Comergent/Hyrbis, microservices System implementation experience including development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated systems Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle Strong technical project management and / or leadership skills Is authentic, transparent and leads by example, holding self and others accountable, inspires, motivates and collaborates with others General business acumen and demonstrated focus on business impact. A strong passion for solving important business problems using a logical and analytical mindset. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and figure out what needs figuring out Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal clients Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management,
