We are looking out for professionals with techno- functional expertise for our Consulting client. Consulting experience is mandatoryEducation CA/CFA/MCA/MBA would do but NO GraduationAnalyst - 1-3 yearsConsultant- 4-7 yearsLocation: Gurgaon/Bangalore/MumbaiThings to look for shortlisting the CV:1) Look for technical skills (implementation of SAP BPC, HFM, Hyperion planning etc.) combined with functional skills (design of budgeting process, chart of accounts optimization, design of cost allocation process, design of consolidation, capex, workforce, revenue planning, financial modeling experience etc.). Give preference to multi-skill candidates, keeping in mind below points:2) Look for experience of requirement gathering/elicitation, design of as-is and to-be process, conducting user workshops, design of applications etc. See how the candidate has developed entire CV and what area he/she is giving importance. (Should highlight implementation & planning budgeting experience v/s the support experience)3) Another quick way is to give preference to candidates from Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, Oracle consulting. They generally have mix of techno-functional expertise and have Engg + CA/MBA background.
