Job Description

*Essential Skills
• (M) Good knowledge in Automotive ECU software functions & testing, Powertrain System knowledge & testing experience, Good know how on Sensors & actuators
• (M) Automotive communication protocols CAN, LIN , Flexray and Testing
• (M) Experience in Diagnostics Testing, OBD certification tests.
• (M) HIL Testing & HiL Test automation development, Good programming skills, scripting, experience in automotive ECU software domain
• (M) Understanding the ECU software documentation, Requirement analysis and Test specification development
• (M) Knowledge on engine and transmission systems with control software functions
• VB Script development in Automotive testing, PROVEtech:TA programming ,VB.NET Scripting development in Automotive testing
• Real time script development for ECU HiL testing (RT Scripting with AL Com Libraries)
• Basic knowledge for INCA, vector tools like CANape, CANanalyser, CANoe etc.
• Experience in dSPACE HIL hardware and software tools
• Should have good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Role:Vehicle powertrain software validation senior engineerSupport the team in technical issues and Test specification and test case development for electric powertrain functionsPerform the Powertrain Hardware in Loop (HiL) Test bench setup activitiesExecute hardware setup activities like - wiring, troubleshooting and testing during commissioningEstablish test automation in HiL systemsEnsure the commissioning of HiL tests for all the V cycle software releasesEnsure the on time delivery of the test setup so production processes is not affectedAdvantage to global working experienceUnderstand CI-CD pipeline concepts - Dev Ops is expected.Educational QualificationBachelors or Masters of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics streamExperience4-8years of experience in Powertrain Software development & Validation using Hardware in Loop systems (HiL), *Essential Skills
