Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales of KBL products (Agricultural & domestic Pumps) Retail segment within assigned territory.
  • Conducting brand-building activities like plumber/ mechanic meet, retailer meets, canopy activity, and farmer meet to enhance KBLs brand image in his command area.
  • Develop retailer network under dealers and ensure secondary sales target so that we can improve our reach and footprint in the market.
  • Develop all existing dealers of KBL to meet business targets.
  • To generate the sales lead for new dealers & retailers for better market reach in coordination with Regional/Zonal Manager.
  • To conduct influencer meet for the existing /new retailer for Kirloskar Retailer Delight Schemes.
  • Motivate the dealers w.r.t. various push schemes to ensure dealers primary sales go up with KBL & targets are met.
  • Provide all market feedback to Regional/Zonal Managers w.r.t. competition to compete in the market.
