Job Description- normally be deployed in general shift but be open to shift wise deployment- assist the ASO and supervisors in streamlining deployment of posts.- preparation and maintenance of related documents- monitoring AMC renewals and their inspection schedules- timely submission of all concerned reports- obtaining quotations and raising PR s in SAP for departmental purchases- bill processing for concerned vendors- raising breakdown notifications in SAP- Implementation of security manual, safety manual and environment manual procedures.- compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and any other regulatory requirements- Ensure Statutory compliance where ever applicable and confirmation through GRC portal.- Conduct and coordinate training activities- Recruitment of outsourced security staff.- Coordination with security agency for all security related activities, compliances and address concerns, if any.- Smooth management of employee transportation, company contracted cabs, car hiring and hotel bookings- Ensure general housekeeping through contract agency.Minimum EducationB COMExperience1.00 to 3.00 years,
