Job Description

Reporting Relationship: Course Leader/HOD - Fashion StylingRole Definition:

  • To teach students how to select the suitable accessories to complement the clothes suitable for an appropriate occasion.
  • He/She has to create visual images that can be used in magazine articles, music videos or TV shows.
Role Responsibilities (Detailed activities): Candidate should be hands on and can teach
  • Effective planning and fashion styling for a successful photo shoot.
  • Efficient interaction with the contact public relation companies, manufacturers and retailer
  • The selection of the best range of merchandise such as the clothing, accessories etc to be
  • used in a shoot.
  • To arrange the entire cloths and props required in the Events, photo shoots so needs to
borrow and purchase that as well.
  • Eye on every emerging styles and fashion with the latest trends.
  • The person needs to be an excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal
and written.
  • Must have flair for teaching
  • Service specification like module specification, syllabus and duration of course, learning outcomes
  • Should have industry Connects and can place students.
  • Arrange Industry visit for students.
Educational Qualifications/Experience (Academic / Technical):
  • PG Degree or Professional PG Diploma /
  • UG Degree or UG Professional Diploma
  • Qualification in teaching in a education institute will receiveadvantage
Other important attributes:
  • Hands on.
  • Humble enough to ask, to try to understand information and the environment, interacting with all levels of the Company.
  • Excellent ability to work with teams and create confidence links with the Companys executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
