Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers.
    • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
    • Develop robust knowledge of all app features, job market and industry verticals
    • Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
    • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, venues, and institutions
    • Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
    • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
    • Attend relevant trade shows and events
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
    • Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
    • Track expenses in an organized fashion
    • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
    • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
    Requirements & Skills:Fluent in speaking Hindi, English, Kannada other languages knowledge would be a plus.Extensive travelling within city and across state.Outgoing personality, thinking on feet because the role will require them to connect with a wide variety of individuals and convince them to use and download our app.Incumbent has Operate on the Street, Slums, Job Fair, Mela, Malls, College, Institute, NGO for helping candidates download apps and complete user profiles.Incumbent will be provided with Uniform, Remote Mic/Speaker, Kiosk, Standee, Bag, Pamphlets, User Manuals to support candidates and educate them.SkillsLanguage: Hindi, English, Kannada, must. And Tamil, Telugu, Maliyalam optionalEducation: Min 12th Pass with 2 Year experience or Graduate with min 1 Year experienceExperience: Min 1 Year in Sales, Promotion and MarketingAsset Requirement: Bike, Smart phone; Laptop optional.Active presence on social media would be preferred.
