Job Description

Required Duties & Responsibilities to Achieve Job s PurposeFinancial Management

  • Support in production and maintenance of budget plans. Serves as an aggregation point to manage Finance and Resources at assigned team level
  • Develop various financial reports required by leadership both at team level and project level
  • Act as a co-pilot to the business team in delivering the business result as per plan.
  • Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget, and review variances with leadership
  • Responsible for analysis of costs and metrics that provide managerial insight into the strategy of the organization.
  • Prior experience in product/service costing in IT services organization preferred.
Resource Management
  • Support in managing resource details supporting the delivery
  • Support in analysis of resource utilization
  • Other duties, as assigned
Minimum Level of Education, Certification & Licenses Required
  • CA/MBA from a reputed institute with 3+ years of experience in similar role. Prior experiences IT Services/Product organization with be added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Maintains advanced interpersonal skills to engage strategically with peers and other senior executives of the firm, in cross business aligned discussions within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to operate across multiple programs, business areas, and portfolios with minimal supervision.
  • Good judgment how to keep things practical and simple.
  • Role will be an individual contributor role.
  • Outstanding self management , influence management , information presentation and interpersonal communication
Technical skills requirements
  • Good understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial) & service delivery related key performance indicators
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI preferred
