Job Description

    Years of Experience: 7 - 13 Years.Role & Responsibilities- Oversee the financial operations of Company & subsidiaries- Setting up the Internal Controls and processes for smooth functioning of Operations.- Ensuring the accurate closure of books on a monthly and periodic basis.- Preparing and managing the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.- Closing of annual Books of accounts and preparation of Financial Statements.- Preparation of Export Invoices and Export related documentation.- Preparation of Softex and other documentation for SEZ and EOU compliances.- Preparing Individual product wise pricing and Costing.- Managing the accounts payable function.- Responsible for Income Tax, TDS, GST, and Other Statutory requirements.- Preparing and Managing the Forex remittances and documentation relating to the same.- Ensuring that the company complies with all legal, regulatory & statutory requirements.- Preparation of financial and regulatory reports as per appropriate standards.- Handling the audit related interactions relating to company and its subsidiaries.- Managing the cashflows and ensuring the availability of working capital for operations.- Assessing the Industry risks as per company profile and report to the board.- Supporting the US Audit team during the yearly audits and Due diligence.- Managing different level of stakeholders at India and US.- Managing relationships with Banks and ensure smooth flow of funds.- Maintain appropriate insurance coverages relating to goods.Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience.Handle a team of finance / accounts.
