Job Description

Act as a Business Partner to all stakeholders for Finance (Internal and External) Manage preparation of Mgt reporting for GSC Cost and Fte. (LBU & GBU) + SGA reporting to Centre. Ensure proper book close of GSC Holding company legal entity with proper scrutiny of accounts as well as supervise HFM reporting and audits. Build up of Rolling forecasts (Costs & Fte) for the entire GSC, ensuring in build up & communication of timetables, collation of data, providing explanations, variance analysis. Set up review meetings with business heads and customers for monthly cost fluctuations and provide them with business reasons for variance between actual vs budget. Set up meetings with Process leads across sites to understand intricacies of migration plans and developments, on a regular basis, to analyse the trends and forecast costs and fte for the GSC. Manage visibility of Global IT costs and all IT related costs in the GSC for GBU. Manage the tool development for the GSC Finance Process to enable improved automations on a regular basis to streamline processes / eliminate waste / standardize enabling increased accuracy and efficiency. Build up scalability to manage more requests for increased transparency and provide inputs for better analytical review and forecasting models for GSC as well as customers. Build second in line within the team that manages analysis at transactional level.(back up) Supervise the monthly service fee accounting/accruals from all sites.
