Job Description

  • Using COE technology and processes, provide insight to internal and external leadership regarding the progress and quality of the process and organization performance, assist in resolution of issues, all requiring excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Develop automation of processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time
  • Conduct Joint working sessions and review meetings engaging multiple business units to ensure prompt and accurate resolution to challenges noted
  • Conduct multiple stake holder meetings and Manage Queues to ensure Service excellence
