SALARY: 35 LPALOCATION : Bangalore, Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaVACANCIES: 1QUALIFICATION: B.Tech Information TechnologyMALE/FEMALE: BothEXPERIENCE: 4 yr - 5 yrJOB DETAILS 1 Be actively involved in strategic direction and all our corporate blockchain decisions. 2 Architect, design, develop and operationalize game-changing large scale decentralized platform for services & applications which will be scalable, reliable, and resilient. 3 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product and engineering teams, to establish KPI for different services and own end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management 4 Identify and implement the most appropriate programming languages and frameworks leading to effective solutions. 5 Consistently reduce the complexity of projects, services, and processes in order to get more done with less work. 6 Provide technical leadership, mentor and guide the engineering team on best practices and software architecture. 7 Stay up-to-date with new technology trends. 8 4+ years of relevant work experience in backend platform development, in which minimum of 4 years in blockchain space. 9 Minimum 2 years experience with one of the blockchain top 50 companies (Ethereum, Cardano, Polkadot, Polygon,etc , and/or have experience working with one of the top technology companies (Microsoft, Google, IBM, .etc) 10 Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns for building scalable, performant, and robust blockchain Services. 11 BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. 12 Minimum 4+ years of solution architecture of scalable cloud solutions with strong experience preferably in Node.js/Go-lang/C# and implemented key aspects of an end-to-end solution, delivered in a production environment using a microservices architecture. 13 Experience with architecture and design of scalable, performant & robust DAPP services on Ethereum. 14 Strong Computer Science fundamentals in blockchain protocols and data structures, algorithms, system design concepts, and problem-solving. 15 Strong distributed systems knowledge, and experience shipping enterprise software. 16 Have expertise in implementing microservices (using appropriate tools and technologies for messaging, RPC, containerization, etc) 17 Experience with agile/scrum methodologies to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogs.
