Job Description

    Job Description Formulation SpecialistSkill Set Requirements
    • A Post Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (M. Pharma) with 7-8 years of experience in formulation development for solid oral dosage forms.
    • Knowledge in different formulation techniques and interpretation of results.
    • Must be competent and should have technical knowledge on different equipment used in formulation development like tablet compression machine, Blenders, Granulators and Spray driers.
    • Must work well in a team and across cross functional teams.
    • Must have strong knowledge on documentation skills.
    • Effective and good communication skills.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Execute all Lab activities in a safe and reliable manner in line with Pharmaceutical GLP/GMP and/or internal guidelines.
    • Carry out formulation development (Pre-formulation studies, laboratory scale studies, optimization experiments, stability batches) of different solid oral dosage forms for regulated (US, Europe, any other regulated / less regulated) and domestic markets.
    • Carry out application research forexcipientplatforms and exploratory research work.
    • Should be able to interpret the analytical data and derive the conclusions.
    • Able to work under minimum supervision complying with all in house SOPs and good documentation practices.
    • Work on any assignment or customer projects as and when assigned by the company.
