You will work closely with the product team / business team and will be responsible for the quality of on and off-site factors of SEO that drive organic growth. Our CORE here to target the audience that converts to donors. Initial road map is to scale SEO activities on our crowd funding platform , enable organic top rankings for SEM KWs that convert as well as increase Share of Voice working alongside SEM team. Responsibilities :- Technical/Analytical : Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Optimize website content, landing pages, engagement rates. Monitor SEO performance by using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, crawlers, Moz, Ahrefs, Authority Labs and so forth. - Strategy: Conduct research and create a portfolio of target keywords and develop a roadmap for improving giveindia.org rank in search engines. Through research of online behaviors and trends of the target audience, make content marketing strategies ( we have an inhouse high quality content writing team who will support with quality content) for the creation and repurposing of suitable content in order to grow the businesss audience, consumer engagement, and awareness across multiple online platforms.- Reporting /Competition Monitoring : Develop and implement the SEO Dashboard and Trackers and work closely with business and product teams. Keep a close eye on competition and benchmark ourselves to best in class website that have high rankingsRole Requirements :- 4-5+ years of hands on experience in SEO domain - Sound knowledge HTML, CSS and Excel - Well versed with Google Analytics , Search Console, Google Adwords SEO Tools (ahref, SEMrush, MOZ, screaming Frog etc) - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities- Desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment- BTech , BE Candidate preferred,
