We are looking for a product management leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, to help build our product vision, strategy, and partner with the donor, nonprofit, technology and all other teams to deliver on it.Responsibilities :- The platform vision and long term strategy- The platform roadmap, across all product categories- A high performing product team- A strong ongoing understanding of all donor segments (retail and institutional), nonprofits, fundraisers and all other stakeholders to stay ahead of the curve in innovating for stakeholders- Effective partnership with internal stakeholders, especially engineering team to deliver the platform in line with its planRequirements :- An entrepreneurial mindset, first-principles approach, action-bias and collaborative style- Passion for social impact- Ambitious with demonstrated consistent high performance and steep career growth- 15+ yrs of overall experience, 8+ yrs. of product management/leadership experience- B.E./B.Tech required. MBA optional but a plus.,
