Hi AllWe have a permanent job vacancy for GL Analyst with 4 to 8 years of exp in whichWorking hours will be5.00 PM 2.00 AMBCom, MCom, MBA(finance) or related graduate degreeJob Summary:Responsible for all month-end activities, Group accounting, Consolidation, and accounting duties, perform and maintain the key controls related to the process of competence and to support local management ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements, looking for intercompany accounts maintenance.Essential Job Duties:Strong accounting knowledge on the group accounting, consolidations, eliminations & intercompany process.Responsible for monthly closing/post-closing adjustments to ensure accuracy and meet head office deadlinesOwning the group consolidation process including preparation of necessary consolidation & elimination entries and eliminating investments in subsidiaries.Prepare and review supporting documentation for consolidation adjustments, including cash flow financial statement adjustments.Liaising with entities around the Europe (Holding & Subsidiaries) to provide guidance and advice on group accounting and consolidation policy requirements.Preparation of the primary statements forclient and provide variance analysis.Manage flash review calls with Europe leaders.Maintained extensive interaction with senior management regarding workflow problem, Resolution, corporate planning, and implementation of various special projects.Taking care of Intercompany process and performing reconciliation for Europe region and handle IC issues & inquiries from the stakeholders.Support on Internal/External audit to ensure in smooth accounting and audit requirements are met on time and in full. Preparation, timely review, and update of process documentation (DTPs or SOPs).
