Job DescriptionThe Global Pricing Analytics Leader will be directly responsible for the facilitation and coordination of pricing analytics data. This role will sync all global efforts around extracting quality information regardless of organization country/ sales history. In addition the role will connect other John Crane functions to designed pricing metrics and facilitate their price execution needs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTransformation of data that will feed anyanalytic efforts internally initiated or contracted to a 3rd partyExecution of pricing levels/ discounts indesignated ERP systemsDelivery of Price Governance based onpredetermined metricsWork with Sales organization to facilitateinput of needed price discounts in accordance with Delegation of Authority direction.Information coordination and integrationplanning with MDM and CRM development teams. Development of Analytics cube in conjunctionwith a build out of Enterprise Pricing applications aka. Vendavo, PMSISolutionLeading additional analyitics resourcesThe IndividualDegree in information technology, finance or statistical analysis preferred 3- 7 years of experience in a business- to- business environment with multiple ERP implementations. Understanding of Enterprise Pricing tools Vendavo, PROS, Zilliant Ability to conceptually grasp complex data structures within pricing and order entry modules Highly developed Excel, Access and SQL understanding a must, expert certification preferred. Presentation generation skills along with communication ability key Experience in facilitating multi- threaded data requests from primary functions outside of primary role. Ability to deliver governance direction in the mists of processing requests. Clear organization guidance in a service- oriented approach.,
