• Leading a team of 20+ specialist which range resources with capabilities of reporting to Advance analytics.
• Providing coaching and capability building related to People analytics to a diverse set of stakeholders across all our functions.
• Driving reporting and analytics capability development across the function and bring the benefits of People analytics to life; supporting them in the interpretation of data.
• Understanding and reporting HR data, solve problems using a data driven approach, deliver compelling data driven stories, continuously automate transactional work and work consultatively with our business leaders and drive forward our people analytics agenda.
• Proposing opportunities to further standardize, automate and suggest improvements for our approach/systems/software.
• Ensuring timely/accurate delivery/great customer experience, of HR data reports dashboards and all external reporting requirements.
• Continue to develop and advance HR reporting on an ongoing basis; propose opportunities to improve our data management, our data visualizations, refine key metrics shared etc.
• Working with Global HR Centre of Excellence to develop tailored reporting transforming their ability to measure and evaluate their impact and to plan appropriate intervention.
• Driving utilization of our reporting and provide guidance on what reporting we should incorporate into our core HR system.
• Building strong partnerships globally with HRBP s to drive reporting and analytics requirements.
• Be an active player in suggesting data inconsistencies in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data and work with Master data team to support master data improvements.
• Defining/Executing the roadmap for the service in line with future strategies related to People analytics.
• Partnering with businesses to understand and support People Analytics requirements that help drive effectiveness.
• Operationalization of end to end process of People analytics for reporting and analytics.
• Aligning global RACI alignment with respect to People analytics and defining communication methods of process changes.
• Driving process improvements with Expert services to cover end to end service process improvement.
• Partnering with the pillars of HR excellence to define KPI measurement and performance and Own digitalization to automate processes.

• Masters in Human Resource or equivalent degree.
• 12+ years of experience in data reporting and Advance analytics with minimum 5+ years in People Analytics function.
• Significant experience working in the field of Data and Analytics - developed and lead analytics-based interventions that have driven business performance.
• Strong Operations background to ensure great customer experience.
• A personal passion for People Analytics and the impact it can have on business performance.
• Able to work through complex issues and demonstrate mastery of the detail whilst holding the bigger possibility.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with a data driven approach.
• Experience in use of Microsoft Power BI (or similar data visualization tools), knowledge of Workday, Python, R, SQL is a bonus.
• Strong influencing & communication skills and the capability to build relationships across different cultures virtually.
• Knowledge of SAP HR module in an added advantage.
• Capability to work in metric driven shared services culture.
• Ability to multitask with capability to work under pressure.
