Global Sourcing Center of Excellence Supplier List Supervisor Location:Bengaluru, KA, INExxonMobil Job Role SummaryThis position will coordinate creation and maintenance of the ExxonMobil Supplier List (EMSL). The EMSL is a central list individuals can consult to understand a supplier s status as a qualified or non- qualified provider of equipment and material to ExxonMobil s projects and sites. The Supervisor will also plan and prioritize all equipment and materials supplier qualifications in line with future business/ capital project needs. The EMSL Supervisor is the key interface between the Global Sourcing Center of Excellence and Discipline Leads and Category Managers to gather new supplier data, analyze upcoming equipment and material demand and provide insights to enhance ExxonMobil s view of category health and strategy. The EMSL Supervisor will be able to create and convey insights stemming from analytics tools for reporting to senior leadership as well as to assist and inform Discipline Leads Category Managers.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Plan and prioritize supplier qualification activitiesLead and direct EMSL analysts to execute EMSL processesTrack EMSL as suppliers are added, modified and removedCoordinate with CoE Technical, Supplier Performance Management, and Market Intelligence Supervisors as requiredSupport procurement personnel with bid list developmentWork with Discipline Leads Category Managers to keep their category plans updatedAssist in review of EMSL technical and commercial health assessments on a category by category basisTrack KPIs that are relevant to CoE and action those areas that are deemed unhealthy as defined by CoE KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Engineering TechnologyMinimum 5- 10 years of experience in the Oil Gas industryKnowledgeable of ExxonMobil supplier qualification processesEffectively balances business needs with technical riskEffective communication, interpersonal and planning skillsAbility to network across Upstream, Downstream and Procurement organizationsAbility to work across all EM technical disciplinesAbility to identify and drive work process changes to improve effectiveness in capturing business valueExtensive knowledge of:Procurement Processes (source list, specification, bid process, expediting, inspection, etc.)Engineering and QC roles in procurement processesManufacturing quality processes (e.g. ISO 9000)ExxonMobil project practices as it relates to procurement via EPCsProficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint)Read, write, and speak fluent EnglishWilling and able to travel (domestic and overseas) as needed to Technology Centers, project execution sites, operating sites, suppliers and contractors Job Segment: Manager, Engineer, Management, Engineering,
