Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionResponsible to work as a synergy between clients insights manager team and offshore analytics teams(business analytics, data scientist and data engineering)Understand traditional retail analytics problems and drive solutions by taking data science and analytics leads on board, lead data mining, connect dots to come up with actionable insights to client businessBuild trustful and collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and business partnersAbility to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic retail /customer analytics business understandingStrong envisioning skills and fact-based thinking connecting the dots and recognizing patterns, while not being put off by getting hands-on and mind-deep in analysisStrong communication and facilitation skills, including presentation, active listening, communicating complex issues in a clear, engaging way, and having an unbiased perspectiveMust Have Skills:Should have excellent communication and presentation skillsGood experience with MS office applicationsKnowledge of SQL, Tableau/Power BIExperience in big data environment is a plusRelevant retail Experience:4+QUALIFICATIONSMasters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometric from Tier 1 institutions or MBA or Engineering from Tier 1 institutions Preferred,
