Job Title: Governance Lead Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: Development and implementation of governance framework and processes standardization. Managing organizations governance activities, including: (1) Project governance and internal audit: (a) Conducting internal audit as per CMMi standards periodically to ensure standard processes implementation across all projects (b) Perform corrective actions (c) Project management manual updating and maintenance (d) Project management templates creations and maintenance (e) Conducting governance awareness and refresher training as and when needed by different business lines (2) Internal communication & reporting: report governance and meetings implementation (3) Profitability &cost management: effort forecast estimation (for profitability purpose), regular reviews with Sales / Commercial and Finance on achieving financial milestones and on collections (4) Resource planning &utilization: review projects pipeline, plan resources for existing and upcoming projects, govern process for recruitment with talent acquisition and HR team, PSA monitoring and utilization. (5) Employees connect &satisfaction: periodic open discussions with team members for taking employee feedback and making changes in the groups operations, employee appreciation through awards and rewards programs Develop Governance relevant KPIs and monitor, analyze and present said KPIs directly to group head. Constantly evaluate gaps in the current processes and create standards through Collaborating with other internal teams on achieving desired KPIs Facilitate communication and collaboration across the business, technical and management teams
