Works with various partners to enhance and improve graphics performance on upcoming processor graphics devices by analyzing performance issues in software drivers and applications, implementing software performance improvements, and recommending future hardware & software improvements. Also responsible for providing internal and external feedback to implement upcoming graphics features in yettobereleased OSes to ensure our hardware and software will function and perform as expected on next generation platforms as well as designing/developing/implementing graphics systemlevel software for future platforms.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a BS degree or MS degree with a minimum 2 years experience. Degree should be in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Experience and proficiency should be related to software development and validation. - Experience working in systems hardware/software product development teams - Software validation or development including designing and debugging in the Windows* environment - Experience in C / C++ software product development - Experience in applying project management methodologies and tools within the software development lifecycle - Strong attention to technical detail, data analysis and problem solving skills - Windows, Android/ Linux device driver architecture, development or validation program management software lifecycle processes and tools competitive awareness and analysis of relevant graphics technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Graphics industry familiarity - Familiarity with graphics, video and/or display technologies such as embedded DisplayPort/DisplayPort, MIPI DSI, and HDMI - Experience in producing software development project indicatorsInside this Business GroupThe Core and Visual Computing Group (CVCG) is responsible for the architecture, design and development of the CPU core and visual technology IPs that are central to Intels system-on-a-chip (SoC) products and key to our datacenter, client and Internet-of-Things (IOT) platforms.
