Job Description

    1. Provide full life-cycle recruiting to fill Technology positions and senior Leadership positions.2. Expertise in hiring Engineering Managers, Full Stack Developers, React Native Engineers, Product Managers and other technology requirements3. Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by advising on job design, job descriptions and providing timely and high quality support throughout the process.4. Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidate experience5. Review Recruitment Packages coming from other recruiters for accuracy, adherence to Recruitment SOP, and quality of recruitment process6. Maintaining Recruitment Dashboard and doing the required analysis7. Can be a both Individual contributor and team manager of (1-2 people) Other Responsibilities 1. Devise methods to build recruitment capacity for hiring managers and recruiters across the organization2. Manage and constantly update Career Page on GL website. Make sure the page is appealing and reflects GLs mission and culture to the different categories of employees.3. Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Use Social Media as a sourcing and branding tool.4. Contribute to HR/recruiting process improvement, best practices documentation, and continuous client support improvement. Desired candidate profile 1. 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition2. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience3. Start Up recruitment experience is good to have4. Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction.5. Demonstrated success with client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service with a great team6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines7. Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment,
