Job Description

Our operations team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing advertisements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Key responsibilities include:
    • Perform quality check on the transactions (Ad Moderation and Relevance ) processed by the reviewers
    • Identify defects impacting shopper and advertiser experience and build controls to reduce the defects
    • Analyze defect data, identify patterns and perform root cause analysis for the defects and craft solutions to root cause analysis.
    • Calculate the accuracy of the process with DPU and DPMO methodology
    • Share feedback with the individuals on the defects and provide guidance to improve their accuracy level
    • Initiate corrective and preventive action for the defects identified
    • Work on data, dive deep and represent data with visual dashboards in excel or quicksight.

    • Required language level: B2.2/BA/Advanced Diploma
    • Graduate or equivalent
    • Proficient in English and French language.
    • Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Minimum 6 months work experience in EU and US marketplace.
    • Familiarity with Excel
    • Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products.
    • Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations.
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments.
    • Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week offs
    • Good awareness of French culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to customers.
    • Requires strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
    • Prior experience in online advertising preferred.
    • Past experience with responsibilities around driving quality process, training and mentoring would be an added advantage.
    • Certified or Yellow belt trained in Lean Six Sigma
    • Knowledge on Lean and 8 Waste s
    • Basic Knowledge on Value Stream Mapping, quality tools.
