We aim to be the first choice platform in India for everyone who wants to invest.About the role:- Own P&L for Payments business at Groww- Set the long term vision for Payments and align all stakeholders- Lead quarterly OKR planning for Payments- Identify potential partnerships with Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateways, and Banks to improve customer experience or launch new service- Manage existing relationships with Banks and Payment aggregators- Single point of contact for internal teams (tech/product/ops) to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations- Lead monthly business review meetings with third-party partners- Leverage prior experience to identify new products/services to be launched- Lead negotiations with existing and new partners- Single point of contact for the third parties reaching out to GrowwRequirements :- 8 Years + years of experience- Experience in payments/Banking is a plus- Experience in business/category management- Strong business acumen and analytical bent- Strong relationship skills,
