Responsibilities:- Work alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities- Responsible for gathering, normalizing, validating and analyzing transactional data (e.g., sales and inventory data) to develop and test hypotheses for a given deal- Responsible for driving the development of static & interactive data visualizations to communicate business insights to clients. - Working as part of cross-functional teams providing financial, accounting, operational and tax due diligence and bringing skills to the deal to manage and analyze the data, and utilize visual analytics skills to tell a compelling story of our findings- Identify opportunities to design and develop modules that enable effective and repeatable analysis of large transactional datasetsSkills required: - Previous relevant work experience, involving the technical execution of large financial data analytics projects with exposure to Financial Services especially Transaction Advisory/M&A with experience in handling and manipulating financial data Hands on experience of working with a broad base of analytics tools / applications including:- Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.) - Data Management (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx, etc.)- Analytics Platforms (SAS, Azure, etc.)- Statistical Packages (SPSS, Minitab, etc.)- Programming languages (Python, R, etc.)- Microsoft Excel- Experience in practical application of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods in support of data analysis- Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and learning new business quickly- Prior exp in Big 4 / audit firm experience preferred- Strong Project Management and Organization skills- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills,
