  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Good exposure on team handling and management b: Work on the production incident, defects and problems raised in the production environment within the SLA timelines c: Support the production environment and work with other product support teams/third parties involved to resolve major issues and perform root cause analysis d: Setup and tune the monitoring alerts and dashboard for monitoring the applications e: Automate the frequent manual tasks which we do as part of regular BAU activities
      • Technical Experience : a: Technical knowledge of the WCS Data model like - Catalog, Promotions, Users, Order Management other data models b: Technical knowledge on the WAS Admin / HCL commerce skill c: Technical knowledge on the functionality of the microservices d: Experience with the Monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, Kibana, Marathon etc
