Job Description

    Experience : 14+ Years of which Minimum 5 Years in present Real Estate CompanyCandidates from Real Estate Sales from Banglore only will be preferred.Skills Required :- Target Achievement- Customer Relationship- Direct Sales- Sales Management- Revenue Generation- Up-selling- To achieve and surpass targets through cross-selling and up-selling.- Direct Sales Development in the assigned target group segment.- Acquire new accounts in addition to developing existing accounts.- Customer handling and resolution of sales related challenges.- Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process.- Responsible for the collection of the payment from the customers.- Ensure that the monthly targets are regularly achieved.- Should have the capacity to work independently.Reporting to Branch Head Banglore.Must be able to handle a good team of Sales and CRM,
