Our work is multi-dimensional covering key markets, industry sectors, product types and geographies. If you re passionate about real estate and finance, have strong analytical skills and are a great communicator who is eager to make an impact, this could be the right opportunity for you RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with multiple business lines to understand and meet their information needs
  • Manage commercial leases and rent rolls
  • Produce monthly/quarterly/yearly reports covering: asset level equity flows, P&L budget forecasts, Mark-to Market valuations
  • Liaise with local teams (such as IT, accounting, data management teams) to handle all the matters related to Asset Management
  • Ensure data consistency and coherence against Cash Flow Models
  • Manage ad-hoc requests coming from Management teams to keep them informed about asset/portfolio level performance
  • Track and upload key reports
  • Assist in deal closing process and manage post-closing obligations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree from a four year college or university
  • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • Team player
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA skills would be a plus)
  • Able to work under tight time constraints
  • Able to manage, organize and improve current processes
  • Experience with Tableau and SSRS or other report automation software a plus
  • Asset management and ARGUS experience a plus
