Job Description

Dear Team,Hiring for Sales Manger - Franchise acquisition for EdTech FirmBihar & Jharkhand- Base Location for candidate- PatnaROK Base location for candidate BangaloreDelhi- Base location - DelhiKerala & ROTN Base location preferably Kochi/ Tvm/ Kozhikode,CTC- Sales Manager- 7-8 L + Sales Incentives-Joining : ImmediateAge criteria maximum 37 years. Candidate should be open to travelling.Please note : this is an individual contribution role ( not a team role) with lot of travelling involved. An excellent communication skill is topmost priority.Role and responsibilities1. Achieve high quality sign- ups by:

  • Aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team.
  • Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality salespitches.
2. Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by
  • Achieving timely operationalization
  • Achieving revenue target basis operationalization.
  • Following excellence in the transition process.
  • Guiding the prospective channel partner to identify suitable property that meet thecriterion laid down by the Company.
  • Ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees.
  • Billing necessary furniture and equipment to the new partners to make themoperationally ready.
  • Providing the partner with Franchise manual and other essentials to get them fit-outready within timeline.
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams to hand-hold the partner until inauguration.
  • Enabling the new partner with sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for inauguration.
  • Managing and updating Lead Management System.
  • Meeting daily market visit norms.
  • Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management
  • Validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO
  • to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement.
