  • Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience(Azure fundamentals, Windows/VMWare along with Incident Management)
  • Good understanding of Azure to address quota and subscription management requests from internal and external customers.
  • Translate and create tickets in TFS for internal queries via emails and teams conversations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Flexibility to work in 24x7 support window.
  • Ready to work as Individual Contributor.
  • Must have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess ability to manage high severity issues.
  • Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA management, escalation.
  • Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps along with Root case Analysis.
Good to have.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification.
Soft Skills
  • Process oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, and presentation skills.
  • Must have problem management and analytical skills.
