Job Description

Vision PlusJob Role: Full-TimeExperience: 6-8 yearsLocation: BangaloreJD:

Strong knowledge of IBM mainframes with COBOL, JCL, VSAM.
VISION PLUS Product with CMS, LTS, TRAMS, HCS module knowledge is mandatory.
Understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Should have worked in production support projects.
Flexible to work in different shifts and time zone including weekend
Good understanding of credit card business processes.
Good understanding of core Account Receivable system processing, IBM Mainframe tools, MQs, SBA (Online services).

Responsibilities:

Production support batch monitoring.
Critical file delivery, online system availability.
Incident management, problem management, change management
Critical issue bridge call handling, repetitive incident reduction, all SLA monitoring and adherence.
