Overview Position Job Description Candidate Profile SAP-HCM In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting . Knowledge of workflow; ABAP; authorizations; ALE and IDOC config. Experience of SAP design and configuration. Strong cross-functional integration experience. Excellent understanding of data migration concepts. Functional experience in modules like PA; OM and Time Management Experience in SAP release management process with in Solman. UAT and Regression testing- completion and script writing. Liaising with third part SAP technicians; stakeholders (both internally and externally). Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis after the implementation in hyper care period. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP-HR project implementation. SAP-HR Certified (preferred) Poses positive attitude and behaviour and strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Good communications skills (oral and written).,
