Human Resources Business Partner (Culture & Engagement)- You will work on a range of HR initiatives, partnering with the Founders and Functional heads to support them with all the areas related with Recruitment, Building a strong culture, Organisational development, New HR tools. and any other project related with people.Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships and communication with different stakeholders, managers and other collaborators.- Lead recruitment for key non-technical roles- Lead the entire employee lifecycle right from onboarding the exit management and help us improves these processes- Helping build a strong culture that aligns with Companys values- Manage strategic HR projects for the location- Working with the Co-founder and Functional Heads to build a strong culture and help implement innovative team bonding activities- Implement the HR processes, managing the local execution working with the corporate HR department to ensure the consistency of the local policies and processes with the central HR strategy.- Help implement innovative tools to bring automation in HR- Lead Talent, employee engagement, team & organization effectiveness, and handle project for their respective skill-teams- Work with COEs to develop business solutions for People Leaders and their employees- Support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness- Lead the execution of People and Workforce strategies- Advise and support People Leaders on employee relations matters- Refer Employees and People Leaders to Shared services for the appropriate delivery model channel to get employee inquiries resolvedQualification And Experience:i. MBA/ MSW/ or any other equivalent qualification with specialization in Human Resources with 7 years of prior work experience in HR business advisor role handling diverse customers and delivering projects.ii. Experience in a BPO/Ecommerce/ Retail/Startup culture - comfortable with a fast paced, autonomous and unstructured environmentiii. Ability to carry out tasks and projects independently and result oriented.iv. Negotiation, communication and well-developed social skills.v.
