Job Description

10-12 Yrs of experience in HR Ops Pan IndiaIn depth knowledge in Statutory Compliance - PF/ ESI/ LAbour LawsImplementation, filing the PF/ Wages Laws in Different StateCorporate Level Nitty gritty related to PF/ ESI/ meeting up with PF Commissioner etc.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Full & Final settlements.- Vendor & Budget Management- Dashboard, reporting & MIS- High proficiency in HR processes, systems and standard operating procedures- Lead improvements on key operational metrics and reporting.- Audit the Critical HR transactions as per the defined Quality framework- Automation of HR services, HR operations integration projects along with other special projects initiatives.- Conduct training sessions and prepares training aids for Team, HRBPs, employees on various aspects of HR Operations.- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement w.r.t streamlining information and processes, improve accuracy and strengthen controls to achieve annual productivity goals- Remain updated on all Client/stakeholders Communications and updates in the process areas pertaining to the role and keep the team/employees updated- Work towards the capacity building to ensure contingency plans are in place for people & processes- Responsible for Compliance & New Labour codes especially on -Gratuity, PF, Professional Tax.- Responsible for statutory compliances for part time employee model at Max Life- Support new HRMS implementation for respective area of operationThis job opening was posted long time back.
