Job Description

Position Purpose & SummaryAre you motivated by providing expert consultation on how to best utilize service delivery enabling technologies and always keep the end client in mind when proposing solutions Are you interested to join a dynamic global team who focuses on modernizing HR service delivery and is eager to continue to increase utilization of our direct access technologies We aim to provide a consumer grade experience and proactively address employee HR needs to enable our businesses to achieve more and you will have a great opportunity to help us to reach our vision.We are looking for a Knowledge content management (KCM) process and HR internal website owner who will be on a mission to shape and improve knowledge content management processes and ownership adoption across our HR organization, modernize HR website to drive increased user adoption, as well as provide expert consultation to support process redesign and improvements.You will be responsible for developing, crafting, and implementing KCM processes as well as own internal website solution roadmap. You will have the chance to lead and support global and regional strategic initiatives in collaboration with global and regional HR delivery teams.You will also partner with APAC and EMEA representing the HR Service Delivery Model Enablement team in redesigning solutions during significant business changes.In this position you will utilize your expert knowledge of direct access consumer needs and trends, process design thinking and influencing skills, to provide guidance and oversight on related practices and solutions. You will facilitate virtual working sessions and cross team discussions to embed content management and ownership to HR delivery DNA.Your key partner on this journey will be your HR SDM Enablement team, 3rd party outsourced team supporting content administration, and Global IT who oversees configuration and technical support for the application., Essential Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated application of direct access management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated high intellectual curiosity, combined with drive to solve problems, and navigate in complex and ambiguous set up. Resilient and determined with influencing abilities across the organization and passion for client experience.
  • Up to 5% international travel
Education, Experience, Skills
  • Bachelor s Degree in related field
  • Master s Degree in related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in the Knowledge content management, portal solutions or CRM space
  • Experience answering product features and functionality questions from clients and designing and managing global processes Experience and understanding of core business processes and transactions including functional knowledge of HR end-to-end process
  • Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, proposing solutions, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience learning, designing and/or implementing enhancements to ways of working
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships with critical stakeholders (internally and 3rd party partners)
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and preferred experience in building and overseeing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives
  • Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A broad understanding of how Process, Data and Technology interact across the HR Service Catalog
  • Change Management and Communication Experience
  • Proven track record of translating business stakeholder needs and corporate requirements into effective products services or solutions
  • Strong technical, HR, and consulting skills as well as ability to translate HR needs to technical capabilities are crucial for this role
  • Independent critical thinker with strong drive for results
  • Knowledge of the current and evolving trends across direct access tools and related processes
  • Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of shared service center support environment
