Job Description

HR Services, Compliance Partner/ Privacy StewardAs we look to support Dell Technologies in new ways to align with our strategy, our Global Human Resources Compliance organization under Global Human Resources Services is building a new operating model, including creating four roles for Global HR Compliance Partner & Privacy Steward.This is an exciting part of our strategy to ensure that we engage with our internal stakeholders early, often, and effectively to build and deliver comprehensive GHRC support.The team of Compliance Partner & Privacy Stewards will operate as a cohort of GHRC experts and will have global view and responsibility and will participate in the leadership meetings/staffs for the assigned HR function/region as needed. Regional compliance partners will work closely with the Regional HR teams; Functional compliance partners will partner with their aligned HR function.Join us as a Global HR Compliance Partner/ Privacy Steward on our HR Services team in Remote U.S. to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Compliance Partner and Privacy Steward you will support the function/region as single point of contact for providing compliance subject matter expertise and defining deliverables, consult & collaborate on Global HR Compliance support needs for the business. As a Privacy Steward you will develop knowledge and expertise on Dell s customer data ecosystem; leverage that knowledge to support privacy compliant data usage and facilitate privacy investigations by engaging key stakeholdersYou will:

  • Support program/project insights supported by the GHRC team and provide closed loop feedback for continued solution and delivery improvement
  • Leverage GHRC data and analytics to elevate insights related outcomes and feedback
  • Consult on requested support needs / requirements to understand key initiatives for the function/region and tailor insights and recommendations
  • Drive remediation efforts
  • Support and report up Global Security and CyberSecurity policies, Data Breach Cases & Investigations, IT Security, SRO and Technology Architecture & Guidelines (TAGS) review

  • 7+ years experience in HR in a multi-region/global organization
  • Excellent understanding of Global HR Compliance programs and Global Privacy
  • Previous experience leading HR initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with leaders and team members at all organizational levels
  • Strong consultation and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
