Job Description

About the team:India HR Advisory Support Team provides specialized HR solutions to HR Business Partners and managers. We solve business problems with workforce and business data. We aim to equip decision makers with data-driven insights through analytics to make the best decisions about people to drive business performance.Roles and Responsibilities: HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Applying analytical/technical expertise to translate business problems into actionable insights
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the clients
  • Create insightful Reports and Executive Summary Presentations on Exits, Diversity, Employee Opinion Survey, L&OD and other talent Analytics
  • Continuously evolve the strategy for data and metrics
  • Partner with Workforce Analytics team to ensure best practices are followed
  • Manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights and presentation to stakeholders.
  • Create and troubleshoot data & reports from various data sources and tools to assist clients in decision making
Experience, Qualifications and Skills required:
  • Graduate or MBA Degree preferable in HR specialization
  • 5+ years of work experience in any HR function as a Reporting Analyst or other HR-related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Excel, including complex formulae, pivots, etc.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to present the data from a strategic viewpoint to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Business Objects report development, variables, formatting and use of complex formulae, working knowledge of QlikView or Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred
  • Able to influence stakeholders and feel comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proactive in proposing new ideas and taking ownership to take it to conclusion
  • Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills; identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause and mitigate risk to the firm.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems preferred (i.e. PeopleSoft, Manager Connection, Answer Key, etc.)
