Job Description

Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses. Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, long-term disability, pensions, and profit sharing. Maintain the HR teams calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers.
