  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1: Resource should Ensure all issues are resolved on time 2: Ensure all defined SLAs for resolving incidents are met 3: Make sure that incident management and change management processes are strictly adhered to 4: Get a broad understanding of multiple DD applications and ETL job flows 5: Be a single Point of contact for all escalations and issues in DataStage applications 6: Deploy problem tickets and code fixes, ensure that Batch performance improves over a period
      • Technical Experience : 1 : Strong IBM Data Stage experience 2 : Must have worked on Real Time jobs, exposure to XML, Message Queue 3 : Experience in basic shell scripting , SQL, PL/SQL d: Should have Data stage Developer experience 4 : Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data models
      • Professional Attributes : 1 : Must have good communication skills 2 : Must have ability to collaborate with different teams and suggest solutions 3 : Ability to work independently with little supervision or as a team 4 : Good analytical problem solving skills 5 : Good team handling skills
