Job Description

    We have urgent openings forSenior Immigration Consultants and Managers.You would report directly to the Australian C.E.O.- Registered Migration Agent (Australia) & Chartered Accountant. You will have the opportunity to grow into a role where you could manage a territory/area independently.Duties:
    • Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in relocating overseas using one of the several visa categories as Skilled Migration (PR), Partner, Parent, Student, Work, Business and Investor.
    • Handling queries of clients via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicating with clients regarding required
    • Provide Eligibility Assessment for immigration application for skilled workers, professionals, students, spouses, parents & business applicants.
    • Oversee application to ensure compliance with immigration laws and communicate with our MARA/ICCRC consultants to ensure efficient processing of immigration application to Canada/Australia/New Zealand.
    • Provide professional assistance with permanent residence visa processing, official qualification and trades recognition, study, business migration, job search and re- settlement services.
    • Knowledge of relevant updates involving work permit areas, occupational classifications (NOC, ANZSCO, etc.), sponsorship and occupation lists (SOL, CSOL, etc) among other changes made in the immigration & visa prerequisites of Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
    • Regular follow up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and spearhead workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge, assist with the immigration related content and distribution of the weekly/monthly newsletter to be sent to prospects.
    • Assist the Business Manager to design and implement marketing and advertising campaigns. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific professionals.
    • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Business Manager to assist with the smooth running of his function.
    Desired Candidate profile:
    • Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in Sales/Business Development/Counselling/Marketing, preferably from immigration consulting background.
    • Immaculate English language skills, convincing skills and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, aggressive with negotiation and sales, and target-driven.
    • Attention to detail and customer-service focused, with a pleasing, warm and presentable personality
    • Passion to learn and grow with the company, and has team skills and strong relationship building skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
