Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Strategic and planning Planning of I&C, Service Calls & AMC in effective manner of all products, maintaining good service support in market in USA-NA/INDIA Functional Core: Install new T&T & Inspection systems at customer place with complete validation Provide on-site service for related T&T & Inspection systems 24x7 Night Support Participate in Factory training course for Hardware and software Must be willing and able to travel on a frequent basis, both INDIA (domestically) and USA-NA (internationally) as and when require for service support Regular customer contacts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Perform training to customers, both internally and externally where needed Complete service reports accurately, noting time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, installed base data maintenance (serial number, functional location), billing request confirmation Actively promote and sell ACGI service products to our customers, improving the up-time of the application and maximizing ACGI sales results in addition to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction Work in partnership with the sales teams to assist with sales revenue targets and revenue growth.Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: *****************@gmail.com
