Instructional Designer / e-Learning Project Lead JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Instructional Designer / e-Learning Project Lead Job Position: Contract-To-Hire Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore. SUMMARY: As an Instructional Designer/Project Lead, your will be responsible for designing leading e-learning course development through different phases of ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation Evaluation).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support sales team during the pre-sales process in terms of prototyping, effort estimation, and other activities. Work with customer to understand document e-learning requirements. Analyse raw content develop instructional design based on stated objectives. Develop storyboards, layout templates, course skeleton, mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc Implement best practice methodologies in terms of user experience, interactivity, gamificaton, delivery platforms, evaluation methods, learning outcomes, etc. Lead work closely with content developers graphic designers throughout project phases. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience with at least one of the leading e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, etc. Thorough knowledge of EDDIE or similar model. Experience in estimating time resource requirements based on the scope complexity. Experience in designing e-learning content for tablets mobiles. Experience in leading team of 3-4 members. DESIRED SKILLS: Experience or Knowledge of LMS platforms, SCORM, TinCan API. Experience or Knowledge of tools like Camtasia Studio, Photoshop, GIMP, etc. Knowledge of responsive design, Web 2.0, mobile-first approaches. SOFT SKILLS: Strong work ethics and ability to self-manage lead. Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Science/Academic Teaching degree or equivalent working experience. 3+ years in e-Learning industry with experience in instructional design, content authoring, evaluation, etc. 1+ year experience in at least of the e-learning content authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, etc.,
