Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1.Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
  • 2.Describe products and services
  • 3.Respond to questions
  • 4.Obtain customer information
  • 5.Obtain possible customer leads
  • 6.te and compute rates for new services accurately
  • 7.Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
  • 8.Follow up on initial contacts
  • 9.Deliver and exceed targets for sales/conversions
  • 10.Maintain records of telephonic interactions
  • 11.Handle customers objections and rebuttals in a reactive way
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in an Outbound Sales role
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Preferably worked in UK outbound process
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Sales experience
