Job Description

"Requirements

  • 4-5 years of desktop and server support related experienceExperience of Mac support and Linux Sys Admin required
  • Knowledge of sys admin automation tools (including Ansible), file services (nfs, smb), backups and recovery tools.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 Active Directory, Exchange, JIRA, MS Office Suite, Google G-Suite, and intermediate networking (TCP/IP).
  • Experienced in network management, DNS management, switches configuration, VLAN, security and best practices, VPN, etc. Palo Alto Networks and Cisco ASA firewall knowledge (preferred)
  • Experienced in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Redhat, Unbuntu, Mac OSX, Windows, Xen server, Unix operating systems, and scripting languages like python, nginx, apache, postfix, bind, AWS, Jenkins
  • Familiar and able to maintain tools like github, wiki, Jira, crowd, confluence; second level support for website operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring and threat detection tools
  • Write documentation to support operational footprint
  • Networking deployment and administration including switches and firewalls
  • Ability to communicate effectively; transfer knowledge and follow up with end users across all levels of the company.
