The team willalso be called on to support First level support desks fortasks that require onsite intervention and for criticalincidents that impact the business unit and operations.Show More Key responsibilitiesProvide onsite support to Maersk GSC SupportedBusiness Units (as appropriate) for incidents that areassigned to the Onsite Technology teams and/or cannotbe resolved remotely Install / Move / Add / Change / Decommission supportfor IT equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers) Support and advice for Facilities Management/OfficeServices regarding office move planning Support Hardware and Software assetmanagement/tracking/auditing for devices notconnected to the network and according to Maersk Lineglobal processes On-call support for critical incidents outside of normalbusiness hours and emergency situations as part ofBusiness Continuity Plan requirements Support for other locations/offices as appropriate(geographical scope for service coverage to beconfirmed this will require some travel) Ensure that Group IT Security standard processes arefollowed for services provided Provide VIP support to selective customers as per SLAand agreement Assist respective Area IT Lead with procurement ofrequested hardware according to Maersk purchasingprocedures Act as local project coordinator for hardware/softwareupgrades, country cluster and/or regional consolidationactivities and other agreed technical projects.Show More We are looking forWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows10 OS + O365) and basic troubleshooting skills Experience in collaborating and preferably moderating conferencing solutions like Teams Live events, Bluejeans, etc. PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills (including IP printers) Knowledge of File and Print services and Active Directory Understanding of basic Service Delivery concepts (ITIL) [preferably ITIL certified] Project co-ordination (PMP/Prince2 is not must but good to have)Show More,
