Job Description

    • Responsibilities:
      • Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to employees via walk-up, tickets, and chat.
      • Provide hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and break-fixes on Macs and PCs
      • Provide support for common ITops services like Okta, MDM [JAMF/Intune], AntiVirus [Sophos], Google Workspace, Slack, System Vulnerability Management etc.
      • Record, track and maintain regional IT asset inventory in the asset management system.
      • Responding to and assisting with IT issues while meeting customer service and response time (SLA) objectives.
      • Install and configure software and hardware.
      • Involve in the Procurement of Hardware, Software and their management
      • Collaborate with the Operations team on key IT projects and initiatives
      Qualifications:-
      • Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Smartphone, Meeting Room etc.
      • Experience with macOS and Windows operating systems.
      • Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
      • Zoom and Zoom Room support experience
      • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
      • Operate with a security-first mentality
      • VPN and DLP Experience is a plus
      • Google Workspace Certified Administrator [nice to have]
