A Kitchen Manager, or Kitchen Supervisor, is the person who ensures that kitchen departments run smoothly and ensures that all kitchen and restaurant staff adheres to safety regulations.Kitchen Manager Responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.They act as the manager of the kitchen and complete most of the duties that a Kitchen Manager does in addition to menu design and management. Head Chefs usually have other Chefs beneath them to run the daily operations (unless the Kitchen is small enough for the Head Chef to not need the support).
